HR or IT Executive Solutions
Need interim HR or IT leadership? Our sweet spot is Manufacturing; we drive process improvement and metrics, KPI's and client-centered goals and prepare for your new hire. Assignments have ranged from several weeks to over a year with strong onsite presence. While there, we provide executive, leadership, and management coaching, team development, workforce analytics, and lots and lots of training options.

Data Analytics
Connect your existing platforms to new reporting tools and dashboards. Our team focuses on your needs and can produce new insights based on your business questions. We use Power BI, SQL, 'R', Excel and Power Query, and will make it as simple or complex as you need. We build Operations and Logistics dashboards, aid planning for inventory management and financial analysis, workforce planning and Manufacturing KPI's.

Hybrid
In HR, this is new reporting tools, like developing new payroll reports that include info from other platforms. SAP, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultipro, Paychex -- we can work with nearly any platform.
